In-game bio: A stern, imposing woman who commands a great deal of respect and fear. She hopes to one day crush Orange Star for ruining her career as a journalist.

Personality: Scarlet is an incredibly strong, stern woman. She projects an almost tangible aura of power that can make even the bravest people cower before her icy gaze. Those that know her know well not to anger her, as she is quite frightening when annoyed. She has great confidence in her own skill, and takes joy in testing the skills of others in combat.

History: Scarlet spent her early life as a journalist in Orange Star, writing for one of its many newspapers. However, her scathing pen brought the attention of the nation’s commanding officers, as she was highly critical of them at every opportunity. She even went so far as to blame the 'incompetence' of the Orange Star CO's for the devastation caused in the first war against Sturm. This was the final straw: she was removed from her position, and indignantly, fled the nation. She originally intended to seek out Sturm, and get revenge on Orange Star for destroying her career and livelihood. In searching for him, she found Malice of Dark Pulsar. At first, she was held captive, for fear of spreading the word of their army. However, she struck a deal with Malice: she would keep her mouth shut if he would help her get revenge on Orange Star. He agreed and made her a CO in his army. Finally, her chance had come. She personally lead the Dark Pulsar forces attacking Orange Star, and caused a great deal of damage. However, her vengeance would go unfinished, as Dark Pulsar was defeated by the Allied Nations and Scarlet was forced to retreat with them. She remains with Malice, however, as she believes her best chance at revenge is to do so.
