Joseph Lennin

He's a crazy, old Russian military commander with a hook for a hand. He's too crazy to command any real military units, but his comrades tell him he is 'Commander-in-Chief of the Russian White Dwarf Hamster Legions' to keep him happy (Yes, the White Dwarf hamster is a real breed). He frequently starts wars on the 'filthy capitaliztz!', but his troops are always too busy running on wheels to operate the assault rifles he has equipped them with, so his campaigns are short and somewhat ineffective.
